Prospective Graduate Students
The Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE) Department was founded as an inter-college department, which later joined the College of Engineering. The department is unique in that it maintains academic and research programs in the College of Engineering, as well as in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Distance Education
The CISE department offers Masters degrees via distance learning through the UF EDGE program. Two tracks are currently offered: General studies, and Bioinformatics.
